Can you visualize the question/complaint/defect with a photo or video? If so, send this photo/video to
[email protected] You can describe the question/complaint/defect and include your contact details. We can then view and analyze the images and contact you on that basis to discuss the options with you.
If the question/complaint/defect cannot be visualized, you can also contact 036-5302124 directly and ask for the maintenance & repair department. We offer a lot of help and solutions directly by telephone, which saves a lot of time and money.
Would you like to schedule an appointment for a service? Then you can fill in the contact form on the "customer service" page and indicate in the subject that it concerns a maintenance service or you can easily and quickly order your maintenance or service plan above. Maintenance is always scheduled together with you.
