    Our founder, Cassidy Philips, was training to become a national triathlete competitor when he found out that he had fibromyalgia.
    Determined to overcome the pain, Cassidy Philips dedicated himself to the study of muscle and movement.
    He found that massage stimulated the bodies’ muscles and fascia, promoting soft tissue regeneration.
    He developed a self-massage tool and recovery programme for himself that allowed him to train and compete in endurance sports.
