Shipping & returns

Shipping Parcel

Findicare sends all parcel orders with PostNL within Europe. We calculate the shipping costs based on country selection.

An order placed before 3 p.m. on a working day will in principle be shipped the same day and will then generally be delivered to the delivery address by PostNL the next day. We strive for delivery as soon as possible, but unfortunately cannot guarantee the stated delivery time of PostNL.

After payment of your purchase, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing the PostNL track and trace number.

The delivery period of a product is a maximum of 7 working days if the product is in stock at the time of purchase.
If the delivery time is longer than the indicated 7 working days, we will inform you about this as soon as possible.

Transport 1 man delivery

With Findicare it is also possible to opt for a 1 man delivery.
This is possible with packages heavier than 30 kilos
The delivery is a pallet delivery, which means a threshold delivery.
The driver places the pallet as far as he can deliver it, usually up to the door.
Please note that you must dispose of the packaging yourself.
Once you have placed the order, it is usually reported to the carrier within 24 hours.
The carrier will then contact you to discuss a delivery date.
On the day of delivery you will receive a track and trace so that you can follow the driver.

Transport 2 Mans Delivery

At Findicare it is also possible to opt for a 2 man delivery.
This is possible with products heavier than 30 kilos
The delivery is provided by 2 deliverers
The deliverers place your product on the ground floor at the desired location.
The deliverers will neatly connect your product and demonstrate it, in addition, the packaging material will be neatly returned.
Once you have placed the order, it is usually reported to the carrier within 24 hours.
The carrier will then contact you to discuss a delivery date.
On the day of delivery you will receive a track and trace so that you can follow the driver.

Transport 2 Mans Delivery + floor

At Findicare it is also possible to opt for a 2 man delivery.
This is possible with products heavier than 30 kilos
Delivery is provided by 2 deliverers
The delivery staff will place your product on the floor up to the 4th floor without a lift at the desired location.
The deliverers will neatly connect and demonstrate your product, in addition, the deliverers will neatly return the packaging material.
Once you have placed the order, it is usually reported to the carrier within 24 hours.
The carrier will then contact you to discuss a delivery date.
On the day of delivery you will receive a track and trace so that you can follow the driver.

Return

Still not satisfied with your purchase? Or is it broken? And does your return meet our return conditions? Then we will refund the order value as soon as possible. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

Return conditions

If you want to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

The return is requested within the legal 30 days after delivery and sent to Findicare.
It is also possible to return the product to the experience store in Almere
The product is in the undamaged original packaging and packed in a shipping box or shipping bag
The product must be returned in its original condition, if a product is damaged and / or dirty, the return will be accepted but a fine of € 40 will be withheld. The remaining amount will be transferred to the account used to pay.

Return procedure

The steps for returning are as follows:

- Fill in the return form completely, you will find it with your order or you can download it from our website if you no longer have it.

- Put the return form in the box / shipping bag

- Repack the package

- Write the following address on the box / shipping bag or pass it on to the post office:

- Go to a post office (we recommend using PostNL, but DHL or another post office is of course also good) and send the package our way.

- Please take your return form with you when returning to the experience store.

After we have received the product from you, we will assess the return and keep you informed of the return status.

 


PAY ATTENTION:

- Free returns via PostNL without having received a label is not possible! If you deliver the package to PostNL without a new label, the package will be returned to your own address. You can create a PostNL label yourself on their website if you want to return via PostNL, or at the post office.

- You can also register your return via your Findicare account if you have created it with your order, but this is not mandatory. If you choose to register online, you still need to fill in your return form and add it to your order.

- Products such as Massage tables, Treatment chairs, Massage oil, Tabourets, Equipment, etc., will not be returned due to hygiene.

 

Exchange

Unfortunately, direct exchange of an item is not possible. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other to us.
