The service plan is there to unburden and relieve you. Just when you need it the most. Because a malfunction or defect in the chair/table/device can take place at any time and then it is nice when a quick response and action is taken. The service plan is therefore carefully composed and offers many extras. Below is a summary of the content of the plan for a new product:

  • 3 years extra full warranty
  • no costs for materials and parts
  • 1 service per year included
  • Mechanic on location within 3 working days
  • Helpdesk available during working days between 08:00 and 17:00
  • Remote assistance during outage hours (17.00-22.00) via Whatsapp on the site

With an existing product, who apply slightly different conditions because you have already used the product and the age can vary from 1 month to many years. But we would like to help you and that's why we're averaging this. The price is therefore slightly higher and the content is as follows:

  • 1 service per year included
  • only costs for materials and parts (no call-out costs and man hours)
  • Mechanic on location within 3 working days
  • Helpdesk available during working days between 08:00 and 17:00
  • Remote assistance during outage hours (17.00-22.00) via Whatsapp on the site
